    This Whisper Cap snaps on to the existing Air Intake Port on the back of all M-Series CPAP and BiPAP systems. In tests the Whisper Cap reduced overall sound levels by 3dB, on average. Sound measured 18.2dB at 5cm and 25.3dB at 10cm pressure levels.

It takes a lot of the high-pitched noise out of the unit, but leaves the in-out noises that the c-flex modes make. Installation is counter intuitive, but the instructions make it clear. The cap has to be removed to change or clean filters. - Reviewed By: Matt A., Willingboro
