    This Elbow Assembly with Gray Hose Swivel (as shown) and updated vent design is designed for use with all Mirage Activa LT, Mirage Micro, and Mirage SoftGel CPAP/BiLevel Masks. The Gray Hose Swivel allows the main breathing tube to be quickly and easily disconnected from your mask.
