Total Face CPAP/BiPAP Mask with Headgear

The Total Face Mask is a comfortable alternative for people who may not be able to obtain a good seal with nasal pillow, nasal cushion or traditional full face masks. It's also a great option for people who experience skin breakdown, rashes or feel claustrophobic using standard CPAP masks.

Because the Total Face Mask covers the entire face, there are no pressure points around the nose or mouth to cause sores or skin breakdown. An effective seal is created around the outside of the face as air pressure from the system inflates the soft, flexible sealing layer. This minimizes leaks while providing optimal airflow through the nasal passages. And, because air is able to circulate throughout the mask it allows more natural, comfortable breathing patterns than those forced by traditional CPAP masks. Made of clear plastic, the lightweight faceplate adds to the comfort of the Total Face Mask. It does not obstruct vision.

The Total Face Mask comes in one size with easy-to-use QuickRelease cloth headgear that can be adjusted to fit most adults.

Usage Note:
The manufacturer cautions this mask should not be used if you have glaucoma or dry eyes.

THIS MASK IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO WEAR, IT LEAKS EXCESSIVELY AND IS VERY VERY LOUD AND VERY HARD ON THE HEAD AND NECK. I, RATE THIS AS VERY POOR AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.. TRY A DIFFERENT TOTAL FACE MASK. THANK YOU

Due to painful health issues it was difficult to find a CPAP mask that did not cause excruciating pain. The Total Face Mask works great! There are no pressure points on the face - only around the outside area. It is comfortable and seals well; does not have to be pulled tight to keep from leaking. Even used it in the hospital after major surgery with no problems.

Uncomfortable But it Works

I have two of these, purchased at CPAP Exchange 4 years ago. I hate them, but they work and I am getting ready to replace them with two new ones of the same type. The straps are horrible and give me headaches if I make them too tight. I mitigate this by wearing a skull cap under the straps. After about two years, the velcro tabs on the mask start to come unglued, and I have used Monster glue to re-glue them. The airline attachment apparatus is brittle plastic and finally broke on one mask when I accidentally dropped it to the floor today. I was gettin ready to replace both masks anyway. I tried a nasal pillow mask a year ago, and that did not work, so It looks like the total facemask is the one I will be using indefinitely, like it or not. This mask does leak a lot of air, but it seems to work for me. I have worn foam earplugs at night since 1978, so the noise does not bother me.

Fits better than fitlife because more nose room, but leaks a lot. The DME supplier doesn't carry it so no personal help fitting it. Comfortable. Just luck of the draw how well it fits. It would be nice to have more total face options.

First Try with Full Face Mask

I bought this total face mask to allow nose & top of head area a break from Airfit F10 contact points. Also thought it would be a better choice when nose is stuffed up. It works well when you sleep on your back. Side sleeping moves the hard plastic face shell which can cause a leak with the inner silicone-type seal. It was easy to use & comfortable. The face mask is large - but inner seal adjusts to a smaller face.
