    These replacement Forehead Pads are designed to fit all Aclaim2 (HC401), FlexiFit 405 (HC405), FlexiFit 406 (HC406), FlexiFit 407 (HC407), Zest and F&P Zest Q Nasal CPAP/BiPAP Masks; as well as the FlexiFit 431 (HC431), FlexiFit 432 (HC432), and Forma Full Face CPAP/BiPAP Masks. This is the piece that rests between mask and forehead. Each pack comes with two forehead pads.
