    This replacement FlexiFoam Cushion is designed for all Aclaim 2 (HC401) and FlexiFit 405 (HC405) Nasal CPAP/BiPAP Masks. Sizing on Aclaim 2 and FlexiFit 405 is accomplished with the Silicone Seal so both masks use a single Foam Cushion size regardless of mask size.
