The Aloha CPAP/BiPAP Mask gives users the unique ability to adjust both the angle and depth of nasal pillows -- improving comfort and seal while minimizing potential pressure points and pinching. It is extremely lightweight and quiet with wide-set headgear that minimizes facial contact and angled exhalation ports that reduce sleep disruption from expelled air.
The Aloha's ball-and-swivel elbow eliminates torque and pull to provide freedom of movement during sleep -- even for the most active sleepers. Because the swivel is free to move in any direction Aloha's Hi-Flex Tubing tubing can be routed over the head, two the side, or down the chest during sleep.

Best mask yet!! I started with a full face mask when I first got my CPAP. I struggled with it for years and finally decided to try a nasal mask. I got the Optilife one. I used that for years and thought it was a great mask. Until I tried the Aloha. Holy cow. With the Optilife, I always had to keep the headgear kind of tight to keep a solid seal on my nose. That at times was uncomfortable but I still slept. The downside to it was the vent on the front. It constantly blew into my wife's face causing her to be restless. With the Aloha, the straps are almost too loose and yet I have a perfectly solid seal on my nose. I can barely feel the mask on me! The best I've found I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about a year ago, and I nearly gave up on it because every CPAP mask I tried (and I tried them all - nasal cushion with cheek straps, nasal cushion with cheek and forehead straps, nasal cushion with headgear and nasal pillows with side straps) leaked and/or was very uncomfortable. This mask, though, with the cheek straps that come down lower on the face and the ability to fasten the hose at the top of the head, is a winner! I pretty much sleep though the night now and have the best rest I've had in months! This mask isn't without its faults, in that if not set in the nose exactly right, or if you move a lot on the pillow while sleeping, it will sometimes leak a little bit. I'm a side sleeper who has a tendency to bury my head in the pillows, so I've come to the conclusion that there's nothing that will completely prevent some leaks. I've found that the best way to fasten the straps and therefore help prevent these leaks is to fit the nasal pillow all the way into the little "arms" the cheek strap has and make sure the upper strap is firmly on the top of the head like a headband, not toward the back of the head. I've also discovered that I need the "small" pillows, when in every other mask I've tried, I need the "mediums." But the good aspects of this mask far, far outweigh these nitpicks, so I stand very firmly at about a four-and-a-half-star review. The mask is very comfortable and very quiet, and sometimes when I wake up, I even forget that I have it on for a few minutes. :) - Reviewed By: Susaine, Kansas City |

Aloha Nasal Pillows CPAP/BiPAP Mask FitPack with Headgear This is the BEST CPAP MASK EVER!!! I hated using my old CPAP mask so much that I underwent SURGERY in order to clear up my sleep apnea issues! Shortly thereafter I realized I STILL NEEDED MY CPAP MACHINE! Was I destined for sleep apnea forever???? This mask is the best and I don't mind using my cpap anymore.
