The Aloha CPAP/BiPAP Mask gives users the unique ability to adjust both the angle and depth of nasal pillows -- improving comfort and seal while minimizing potential pressure points and pinching. It is extremely lightweight and quiet with wide-set headgear that minimizes facial contact and angled exhalation ports that reduce sleep disruption from expelled air.
The Aloha's ball-and-swivel elbow eliminates torque and pull to provide freedom of movement during sleep -- even for the most active sleepers. Because the swivel is free to move in any direction Aloha's Hi-Flex Tubing tubing can be routed over the head, two the side, or down the chest during sleep.
Aloha's headgear is made of soft, pliable, and breathable materials. The wide-set headgear design reduces points of contact on the face and eliminates interference with the eyes and line of site. Read, watch TV, or just enjoy the evening without having to look around your CPAP mask.
As many other reviewers have lamented, I, too, have been through at least a dozen masks. Some worked "okay"; others were "why did I waste the money?". The Aloha Nasal Pillows Mask is the last mask I will try (and be discouraged). A lot of manufacturers claim their products to be lightweight and silent. From out of the box, this device was feather light. I attached the medium sized nasal pillows and placed the mask on my head. I could not feel it all all. Seriously! Fitting is simple, if at all even needed. I put my room-darkening sleep mask on top of the Aloha; fit like a glove with no interference. When I turned on the Cpap machine...SILENCE!! Absolutely NO LEAKAGE from the mask! I turned, figured, rolled... NO AIR LEAKAGE! I am so verifiable happy I could scream. Only another Cpap user could understand the excitement I felt. I have used it for about a month now. It isn't a one-and-done experience: it's a real game changer!By Rainboeyes , 12-19-2016
Best mask I have ever used, and most comfortableBy Robert H, 06-07-2016
Based on an ad I saw on Facebook, I decided to try nasal pillows. After reading some recommendations and decided on the Aloha. I've not been sorry. I slept well with this device from the very first night!By Murray, 01-03-2016
This mask is comfortable and doesn't leek or allow the hose rest on your chest. It is easy to get off and a little challenging to put on. I'm still getting used to it. The nasal pillows are a little pricey. I'm happy with the purchase and love doing business with cpapXchange.By Steve G, 06-08-2015
I like the fit of the mask but it drips water up my nose. My other mask does not do this so it isn't the machine. By Jessica, 03-30-2015
I love it! Really changed the way I sleep!By Sk3tch , 03-25-2015
Absolutely love this mask. This mask was perfect from the moment I put in on and this is the first purchase of a nasal pillow mask in 10 years that fit perfectly, stays put and is light weight. I like that it sits a little lower on the face and doesn't pinch your cheeks or your botox injections.By sammi, 07-31-2014
I have been on CPAP for 20 years.. I must agree, this is the best and most comfortable mask.. I must re-seat it many times thru the night because I don't stay still, however this isn't the issue. The exhale port shoots a direct stream of cold air forward. this means if I'm on my side, my hands or arm gets really chilled, or if I'm facing my wife, she gets a face full of cold air. I wish someone would design a clip on directional cover. Currently I have zip-tied a foam filter to act as a diffuser. Not only did it stop the problem, but it made the mask even quieter.By Joe H, 06-25-2014
My wife has been on this for over a year. I just tossed out another "new" pillow mask that ripped on my and I'm back to the Aloha again. This is the best one, by far. It fits under the cheek area and molds to the face that the pillow adjusts as you need it to. It almost never have leaks. I'll be on this one for a wile. ThanksBy Joe, 06-14-2014
The nasal pillows are to large and the headgear is stiff.By cheri, 03-04-2014
No leaks and the most comfortable head gear if worn in 10 years. My cpap is set at 13 cm of pressure.By LawDog2005, 11-25-2013
I had a problem with a lot of masks because I use an auto SV instead of a CPAP machine. Some nasal pillows are very soft which is great for CPAP for suffocates you if you use an auto SV. The Aloha is stiff enough not to collapse at low pressures. My only complaint is that it puts too much pressure on my front teeth even though I do not have it fitted tightly. Other than that, which is not a small problem, I would give it top marks.By Jennifer, 11-09-2013
very happy with the mask after the first week, as well as the service from CPAP-Exchange.By Phil R, 06-22-2013
I started with a full face mask when I first got my CPAP. I struggled with it for years and finally decided to try a nasal mask. I got the Optilife one. I used that for years and thought it was a great mask. Until I tried the Aloha. Holy cow. With the Optilife, I always had to keep the headgear kind of tight to keep a solid seal on my nose. That at times was uncomfortable but I still slept. The downside to it was the vent on the front. It constantly blew into my wife's face causing her to be restless. With the Aloha, the straps are almost too loose and yet I have a perfectly solid seal on my nose. I can barely feel the mask on me! Plus the vent is on a ball joint so I can angle it away from my wife. Wonderful!By Andrew C, 05-14-2013
