Do you often feel and hear air escaping around the edges of your mask cushion while you're trying to sleep with CPAP/BiPAP therapy? Does your mask fit well, but just not quite well enough? FDA approved CPAP Mask Gel Sealant may be the answer.
CPAP Mask Gel creates an thin, smooth, adaptable seal around your CPAP/BiPAP mask cushion that stops air from escaping, eliminates distracting noises, and improves overall therapy and leak levels. CPAP Mask Gel is proven to help restore dry skin and cracked lips while it reduces irritation from your mask cushion. CPAP Mask Gel's adaptable seal allows many users to loosen their mask headgear without compromising the mask seal for improved comfort and therapy success.
With typical use each tube of CPAP Mask Gel will last on average 3 months.
USAGE NOTE: CPAP Mask Gel is only approved for use with FULL FACE and NASAL CUSHION masks. It should not be used with nasal pillow masks or with oxygen therapy. CPAP Mask Gel is for external use only. Never ingest or insert CPAP Mask Gel into the mouth or nostrils.
I have been very please with CPAP mask gel & trying to local for another purchase. It is to good a product for leakage of mask to discontinued. I do not know what I would have done without it. By Brenda T, 06-22-2014
This gel has pretty much solved my issues with my CPAP mask sealing against my face. It only takes a small amount to cover the mask seal and does not seem to leave any residue on your face the next morning. If you experience sealing issues, you may want to give this a try. Just one negative to report in that this product is very expensive, but overall, it might be worth it for me.By Brian, 01-11-2013
It did not work for me at all. It appears to be primarily just vasaline at a mark up.By Larry, 11-30-2012
After several years of using nasal pillows, I switched to a full face mask because of dry-mouth issues. Since then, I've never been able to get a very good seal without really cinching down the mask. It wasn't very comfortable, but it still worked better for me than the nasal mask. When I saw this gel I decided to give it a try. I've used it every night now for about a week and it works great. A very tiny amount of the gel rubbed around the mask seal makes a huge difference - I now wear the mask much more loosely and have few, if any, leaks throughout the night. An added bonus: after applying it to the mask, I rub the residual from my finger onto my lips and no over-dried smackers in the morning!By Curt, 04-25-2012
I have had a problem with my mask leakeing after I had it on for an hour or two. I don't know if it was from the straps stretching, the mask compressing or oil from my skin building up or a combination. It would leak a LOT! in one area. With this product, it leaked LOT! everywhere.By Tom Ogie-Kristianson, 02-28-2012
