    This Boil 'n Bite Mouthpiece is designed for use with all CPAP Pro "No Mask" CPAP/BiPAP Interfaces. It is the heat formed mouthpiece that holds the CPAP PRO firmly in place. It is user adjustable and can be fit at home using only hot water. For best results replace on average every 3 months.

I had trouble this time getting it to fit right. I didn't have any problem with my first one. I had to redo it.
