    The Transcend-to-Transcend II Upgrade Kit enables the original Somnetics Transcend 'Soft & Wearable' Travel CPAP Machine to have the same flexibility offered by the Transcend II Travel CPAP Machine.

    The kit includes an updated machine nosecone AND a Universal Hose Tubing Adapter that allows the Transcend the flexibility to be used with any 6 Foot Hose and any CPAP mask.

    In addition for patients who prefer to the wearable Transcend II the kit includes a 9 in Hose for Transcend II Waterless Humidification and a Mask Assembly for Transcend II.
