FREE Ground Shipping packages may be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on service availability and price. Delivery of FREE Ground Shipping packages averages 6-7 days from shipment date.
WILL YOU SHIP ORDERS ANYWHERE?
We offer shipping to addresses within the United States, US Territories (including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.) and Canada. At this time we DO NOT ship to any other international destinations.
WILL YOU SHIP ORDERS TO POST OFFICE (PO) BOXES?
Yes. Orders shipping to PO Boxes are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates apply.
WILL YOU SHIP ORDERS TO MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes. Orders shipping to military addresses are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). APO/FPO packages can only be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. Express Mail is not offered to military addresses.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR CANADIAN DELIVERY?
Due to agreements with some of our manufacturers we require that all orders for Canadian delivery be placed through a member of our phone service team. Please call 866-992-7279 to place an order for Canadian delivery. All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority International Mail. We charge an extra $15 on top of standard shipping fees for all Canadian orders. For orders over $99 Canadian shipping would be a flat rate of $15. Some products, including all ResMed products, cannot be shipped to Canada.
While most shipments to Canada arrive at their destinations within 6-8 days of shipment without any additional charges, fees or delays; cpapXchange CANNOT predict, and has no control over, Canadian Customs. All shipments to Canada are clearly marked as medical supplies. If import duties or delays are imposed by Canadian authorities those charges are borne by the customer and cannot be reimbursed by cpapXchange.
ONCE AND ORDER IS PLACED HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?
We ship more than 95% of all orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). Our final shipments leave at approximately 4pm Eastern each day, so Express and Overnight orders placed before 3pm will usually ship the same day. If your order is going to be delayed more than a day or two we will notify you using the contact information provided with your original order.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). When you place your order online you'll be able to select your preferred method of shipment directly at checkout. All shipping methods and costs will be displayed prior to selection. Review the information at right to learn more about individual shipping services and options.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once your order ships we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please add our email address -- service@cpapxchange.com -- to your address book to ensure our emails get through to you. Packages can be tracked directly at UPS.COM or USPS.COM depending on the service used in shipment.
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE - INFORMATION
The US Postal Service ships to most physical (street) addresses and all PO Boxes within the United States, US Territories and Canada. cpapXchange offers USPS shipping at three service levels with prices starting as low as $3.50.
- FIRST CLASS - Average transit time is 5-6 days.
- PRIORITY MAIL - Average transit time is 3-4 days.
- EXPRESS MAIL - Express shipping is guaranteed OVERNIGHT to most locations within the US. Signature confirmation is a standard feature of Express shipment. Upon request cpapXchange can note on the package that a signature is not required. In such instances it is up to the discretion of the local postal worker whether the package can be left safely without a signature.

A Note About UPS Transit Times - UPS calculates package transit times based on a 5-day shipping week. Therefore a package shipped on Friday via 3 Day Select will be delivered on Wednesday and a package shipped on Friday via Next Day Air will be delivered on Monday. Please take this into account when making your shipping decisions.
A Note About UPS Saturday Delivery - UPS does NOT offer Saturday delivery as part of its standard service. Most UPS shipments CAN be upgraded to Saturday delivery for an added $15 charge. Please call cpapXchange if you would like to place an order for Saturday delivery with UPS.
