Almost like the one I currently have.
Very pleased. By Ratchet, Florida
My insurance cut out from the oil fall out I had to give my machine back.. Which they wanted $1700 for. I bought this one, it works just as good and it's a lot less noisey... Very appreciated By Jeremy T, Billings, MT
works well, takes a bit of getting used to
This unit replaced my old F&P Icon, which died when we had a power outage. I'm finding that the functionality takes a bit of getting used to. The unit is nearly double the size of the F&P due to the tank being on the side. I like that the tank is separate (minimizing potential issues with leakage), but have definitely missed the space on my nightstand. By Duaneh, Salt Lake City, Utah

PR SystemOne REMstar Pro 460 CPAP Machine with C-Flex
my third generation of REMStar. the 2nd generation (a 450) died prematurely at 2.5 years (i.e. just beyond warranty), but the previous old standby still works when needed, over 16,000 hours of use. This newest one (a 460) seems quite nice, much like to 450 in use, the heated hose (and therefore air) feature is nice, if you don't overdo it. Not sure why the 450 powerblock needed to be incompatible with the 460; I suppose the 460 with heated hose draws more current and we wouldn't want to even be able to plug in a 450 power supply that couldn't handle it without overheating. Oh well, another useless old power supply into the junk box. As long as the new 460 lasts longer than did the 450, I will be very happy with it. If it doesn't, then Respironics will be going downhill, we'll see. At the moment, 5 stars. By Texan, Texas
