Just received the cpap yesterday and used it last night. Works great and is very quiet. With the humidifier though the total size of the machine is not much smaller than my other machine. The electrical adaptors will be great when I go to Europe in a few weeks. By G.F., Oregon
Transcend II miniCPAP Machine System
I just returned from a two week trip to Europe. I was very happy with the Transend CPAP machine during the trip. It is light and works as well as my large machine at home. It will be my travel companion from now on. By C Weatherford , Birmingham, Alabama
Louder than expected
Overall, its a good product. It will be easy to travel with due to its size. However, it is louder than i am used to and I have trouble falling asleep with the noise. By RM, Texas
This C-Pap was great for my European trip. It met my expectations with no problems. Noise level wasn't any different then my device at home. The only issue I had was not having the humidifier. My nasal passages were really dry. I intend to correct that by ordering the humidifier attachment. I would definitely recommend this product. By Gail, Rock Falls, Illinois
The Transcend is better than advertised. The release for exhale is great and the machine is very quiet. The people who work for cpapxchange are so helpful and knowledgeable. By Carolyn M, Los Angeles
great little machine, light . Makes a little more noise than home machine but does the trick. Love all the plug options. Great for travel. By steve, wisconsin
A NICE TRAVEL SIZE
Finally I got a travel size that you can travel with and does not take up half your carry on small suitcase. NICE SIZE!!!! By Reinhold, Michigan
So far, it is great!
Really Small. Not too noisy (same or less as my everest 2). Very worthy replacement for my Everest 2 CPAP.
Likes: Small size! The little software manager thing is neat, too; albeit somewhat simple in features. Can use a commodity USB cable to hook up.
Dislikes: The PRICE and accessory prices! The buttons: As reported elsewhere, they can be tricky to use in the dark or just feeling around on top of machine. The USB cable is a bit tricky to insert. Proprietary power plug. I have the 8cell battery, while it is playing card sized -- it is really thick.

An incredible step forward
I travel quite a bit, and can not be without a CPAP machine even for a single night. This is by far the most convenient machine available. It is light, reliable, and humidifies without heat or water, which means you can convenienty use it on airplanes. It is actually small enough and light enough, (even with the two day battery pack) to hike with. Only about 4 lbs with all accessories.
There are a few minor quirks... The waterless dehumidication option is a must have feature, but it is moderately noisy. The mask straps are a little hard to deal with when putting on. But overall an amazing machine. By RI_Reviewer, Lincoln, RI
