Forma Full Face Mask Parts - Foam Cushions & Silicone Seals

These Foam Cushions (gray) and Silicone Seals (clear white) come standard on all Forma Full Face CPAP/BiPAP Masks. The Forma uses a single frame for all sizes therefore, if you would like to change the size of your mask, you just need to purchase a different cushion and seal size. Any cushion and seal size will work on any Forma mask.

USAGE NOTES: The Forma mask comes standard with both a cushion and a seal however the mask can be used without the foam cushion is that is preferred. These Silicone Seals can also be used on all FlexiFit 431 (HC431) and FlexiFit 432 (HC432) Full Face CPAP/BiPAP Masks.

Forma Mask Parts - Easy Release Headgear with Clips

This is the adjustable Easy Release Headgear (straps) with Clip & Tri-Glide Buckle that comes standard with all Forma Full Face CPAP/BiPAP Masks.

The Tri-Glide Buckle, which connects the two headgear straps at the back of the head for easy adjustments, is included with the headgear however it can also be purchased separately below. Fisher & Paykel - Part 400HC315 (Headgear with Clip & Buckle), 400HC312 (Tri-Glide Buckle only).
