    These Nasal Cushion Adapter Rings are designed for use with all Transcend (Original) Wearable CPAP Machines as well as Transcend II Travel CPAP Machines that are equipped with an HME Waterless Humidification System.

    The proprietary adapter ring, working in conjunction with the Nasal Mask Shell (sold separately), enables the Transcend CPAP to be used with the most popular nasal mask cushions (seals) on the market including the Ultra Mirage II, Mirage SoftGel, Mirage Activa LT, Mirage Activa, ComfortGel (Original) Nasal, and ComfortGel BLUE Nasal Masks. Nasal cushions/seals for each of the masks mentioned are available separately on this site.

    Usage Information: This part is NOT needed if you are using your Transcend II Travel CPAP Machine with standard CPAP tubing and masks.
