    This replacement Foam Cushion & Silicone Seal Pack is designed for all Aclaim 2 (HC401) and FlexiFit 405 (HC405) Nasal CPAP and BiPAP Masks. The cushion uses FlexiFit foam / air technology to conform to most noses and facial features. Aclaim2 and FlexiFit 405 masks use a single frame size so either pack size can be used regardless of the size currently being used on your mask.

Every year my Pulmonary Doctor and the local medical supply firm get to pull their usual scam. I have to see him once a year so he can download the information from the CPAP machine to prove I'm compliant. I see him for five minutes and he gets paid for an office visit. He then sends a prescription to my local medical supply so I can get a new mask. No parts are available, just a new mask. They said the cost would be $350 for a mask and I politely declined, did a Google search and found CpapXchange. Great prices, great service, the order was shipped promptly and I received an email notification about the shipment. It arrived when promised and saved me $325 as I was able to buy parts for my mask.
