    This pack includes the gray Flexi Foam Cushion and clear (white) Silicone Seal used on all FlexiFit 432 (HC432) CPAP/BiPAP Masks. The FlexiFit 432 uses a single frame for all sizes, therefore, if you would like to change the size of your mask, you just need to purchase a different cushion and seal size. Any cushion and seal size will work on any FlexiFit 432 mask. For proper fit always use the same sized cushion and seal.

    Usage Information: The FlexiFit 432 mask comes standard with both a cushion and a seal, however, the mask can be used without the foam cushion is that is preferred.
