    This foam cushion insert comes standard on all Forma Full Face CPAP/BiPAP Masks. The cushion rests inside the Silicone Seal which is available separately on this site. The Forma uses a single frame for all mask sizes, therefore, if you would like to change the size of your mask, you just need to purchase a different cushion and seal size. Any cushion size will work on any Forma mask.
