Didn't read the fine print

No info came with this so I went back online to read more. Turns out this is a ONE TIME USE product (they say it can be used for a week in the full description) and this particular one (with the bacterial viral filter) may not work with auto cpap machines (which is what I have).

Great deal

Nice price for a great filter. These filters work great for keeping moisture in the system and not giving me that sand paper feeling in the morning. If you don't want to lug around a humidifier on the road, this is a great substitute. I have been gone five days a week for 4 months, and this has worked fine for me on the road.

Good for travel

I tried one of these at home for about 5 nights. I have to say that they really work. I felt that I didn't need a humidifier with one - which will help with my upcoming travel plans. They also reduce the air noise by quite a bit. When I first turned my machine on, I wondered if it was actually on. However, it might actually cut the pressure because of it. I wasn't too worried since I have an Auto CPAP and it could adjust if needed, but for others this might cause issues. I will still use a humidifier at home, but for travel, these are excellent and I can leave the bulky humidifier at home.

HELP for my nose
5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5
At home, I use a big and bulky CPAP with humidifier. I bought a lightweight Transcend machine for travel, no humidifier. UGH, bloody noses after a few days. Then I discovered these HME filters. They don't work as well as my big CPAP, but help a great deal. Each one lasts about a week. Nose problem solved. Happy traveler.
