The OptiLife CPAP/BiPAP Mask with Nasal Pillows & Cradle Cushions fits your life and makes your life easier. OptiLife features a unique headgear design and a chin support band that allows it to be easily put on and adjusted with little effort – and no buckles. In fact, OptiLife is so easy-to-use that the mask can be put into place with one hand. Plus, OptiLife is easy-to-clean and maintain, and it’s durable enough to stand up to the real-world demands of daily use.

Our updated OptiLife Mask Packs include more flexible tubing so that OptiLife stays secure even on active sleepers and cradle cushion options for a less invasive, more minimal contact interface.

These OptiLife FitPacks include two interfaces -- Nasal Pillows & Cradle Cushions. In addition each package comes with multiple sizes of each interface to ensure you get your best fit right out of the box.

OptiLife has soft headgear straps on the cheek so it's great for side sleepers, and it has NO BUCKLES on so it's easy to adjust and won't cause sore spots.

With its low profile (great for watching TV or reading), quiet operation, unique chin support, and a host of other friendly features the OptiLife is the first in what should be a great new series of masks from Respironics.

Finding Your Fit: For the pillows cushion, choose the size that fills the nostrils comfortably without any gaps between the cushion and the walls of the nostrils. The bottom rim of the cushion should not go into the nostril. An appropriately sized Cradle Cushion should not block the nostrils. No part of your nose should be inserted into the cushion.

Size Comparisons: Use the following as a guidelines to convert the size of the Nasal Pillows Cushion to the Cradle Cushion: Petite Pillows are most similar to Small Cradles. Small Pillows are most similar to Small or Medium Cradles. Medium Pillows are most similar to Medium Cradles. Large Pillows are most similar to Large or Large Narrow Cradles.
