    The Ruby Chin Strap from Tiara Medical Supplies helps hold the mouth closed during CPAP and BiPAP therapy. The Ruby's ultra wide bands and unique continuous flow design provides greater stability with less slippage than many other chin straps. Because the Ruby Chin Strap comes in three sizes there is no need for constant adjustment; instead you get a perfect, comfortable fit – all night every night.

    1. Sit in a comfortable chair.
    2. Have an assistant measure the circumference around the chin to the back of the neck, below the ears. The tape should be horizontal to the floor.
    3. If the circumference is less than 21 inches, choose Small
    4. If the circumference is between 21 and 23 inches, choose Medium.
    5. If the circumference is greater than 23 inches, choose Large

I have a severe mouth breathing problem but full face masks don't work for me. So I use the Breeze nasal pillow mask plus a chinstrap. I have tried a lot of chinstraps but most of them are too big. The small size Puresome Ruby Fixed size chinstrap works great. It is soft and cool and doesn't smash up my ears. It lasts for months (I handwash in cold water with mild soap, then hang to dry).
