  • Water Chamber

Product needed some shims to stop noise from air leaking. Once installed, everything is fine.

  • Poor construction

The interlocking plastic that holds the heat exchange plate to upper body of the container fails within 8 to 12 months. This typically occurs without warning and results in the container leaking water.

  • Same tank as sold by local medical supplier but cheaper

No difference between this tank and the tank sold by my local medical supply outfit, other than this one costs me far less. My last tank lasted several months before developing a leak for some reason.
