I have not the received the actual CPAP machine yet but ordered the Transcend3 package that was on sale for Black Friday / Cyber Monday. I was contacted that the white battery pack that I had selected was currently not available but was offered to switch to the black battery pack (same model just a different color) that was in stock or wait for some days until the white one will be delivered. This was my second time purchasing a cpap machine with cpapxchange and I am very happy with the outstanding customer service. Material you can organize, customer service you need to teach and emphasize. Thank you!!!

Ordered a new cpap machine on Monday and here it is Saturday and my order is still processing. Not a single email or call from this company. I am very disappointed
Very disappointed that I placed my order for 2 masks, totaling $300, then you guys run a 25% off sale. The way I see it, you owe me $75. Not happy at all. I tried to call, but can’t get a live human on the phone. Please call me or credit my credit card with the 25%.
