The original CPAP and BiPAP Nasal Pillow Interface System the ADAM (Airway Delivery and Management) Circuit is lighter and more comfortable than traditional nasal masks and remains one of the best and most trusted on the market.
The ADAM Circuit channels the CPAP tubing over the patients head keeping it out of the way for a more comfortable, less tangled night's sleep! Innovative Nasal Pillows are included to seal gently to your nose eliminating the need for a large nasal or facial mask.
Our ADAM Circuits come with Puritan Bennett's SnugFit Headgear, a swivel adapter, and over the head FlexTube tubing for connecting to any standard CPAP/BiPAP hose.
You made the process very easy. Thank you.By drpalacios, 05-01-2018
This is the only brand and type of CPAP I have worn for over 25 years and I have always been happy. This new mask is harder for me to find a comfortable fit for some reason. I always wake up with facial pain around my nostrils. Hopefully this is a fluke and I will get to where I can use it comfortably.By GREENTHUMB-60680, 01-15-2018
The company was very helpful and the product was delivered on time.By RC1SMITH, 12-29-2017
Love the Adams nasal pillows. Tried the face and nasal mask and the pillows are the most comfortable to use By warrenene1, 08-30-2017

This mask is very bulky and not comfortable. I recommend the Opus 360 over this mask.By Chris, 04-29-2015
Received many pieces which was not well documented as to where each piece went. Nose pillows went into small tube chamber which was difficult to fit the nose and was noisy to use.By RT, 01-29-2015
I've been on a CPAP for at least 15 years and have used several styles of masks but this was the first style I had used. Other masks/headgear I've tried used rigid components that tended to break easily while the soft headgear of this unit is both comfortable and durable. Tag on one of the lower prices for masks, and you get possibly the best option for mask/headgear available. By Dan D., 01-22-2014
I have been using the "Adams Circuit" for around 10 year now. I toyed with the idea of moving up to the updated "Breeze", but it is much too fragile for my use. I travel several days every week on business and this nose pillow system is nearly indestructible! I also use a chin strap to help prevent air leaks from my mouth. I used to use a stretchy lycra commercial version, but they stretch and stop working very quickly. They also soak up sweat and dirt, etc. Wash yours out and you will be grossed out how dirty they can get! I then designed a black nylon adjustable chin strap. It doesn't stretch, lasts forever, and does not absorb liquid. My wife even uses one to stop her from snoring. Hope this helps!By Bob C, 12-12-2013
Product was almost exactly what I used before was comfortable with. I look forward to doing business again in the future.By Jim M, 10-04-2013
I like the soft and cushioned nasal pillows and the headgear, but the hose that goes over the headgear is to stiff and causes the headgear to move and allow the nasals pillow to leak air. I removed that hose and connected my more flexible feeder hose directly to the nasal pillow connector. works much better. Please consider making the hose on the head gear more softer and more flexible. would be much better. Over all very happyBy Pat N, 10-19-2012
Appears to be everything that was advertised and have not yet used it at this time.By Richard Handley, 05-22-2012
Products are excellent and the service was very prompt. Thank you very much.By Eugenia Battistuzi, 05-18-2012
Did they change the basic design or material type? The new nasal pillows I got seem to be very thin compared to an older set that i had and they also seem longer then the old ones. This makes them fit deeper into my nostril giving me a "pinching" sensation up in my nose, causing alot of discomfort. I almost want to snip off about an 8th of an inch just to shorten them. Haven't done that though. I had to go back to my older set for now.By Bill, 05-14-2012
