This replacement Foam Cushion & Silicone Seal Pack is designed for all Aclaim 2 (HC401) and FlexiFit 405 (HC405) Nasal CPAP and BiPAP Masks. The cushion uses FlexiFit foam / air technology to conform to most noses and facial features. Aclaim2 and FlexiFit 405 masks use a single frame size so either pack size can be used regardless of the size currently being used on your mask.

Excellent mask, I've used it for years. I appreciate the ability to purchase replacement parts as needed. CpapXchange has always been professional, helpful and extremely affordable.

  • Original equipment parts, great prices

Every year my Pulmonary Doctor and the local medical supply firm get to pull their usual scam. I have to see him once a year so he can download the information from the CPAP machine to prove I'm compliant. I see him for five minutes and he gets paid for an office visit. He then sends a prescription to my local medical supply so I can get a new mask. No parts are available, just a new mask. They said the cost would be $350 for a mask and I politely declined, did a Google search and found CpapXchange. Great prices, great service, the order was shipped promptly and I received an email notification about the shipment. It arrived when promised and saved me $325 as I was able to buy parts for my mask. No more being ripped off by the local supplier. My doctor can send the next prescription to CpapXchange.
