  Nice to have options regarding a variety of cpap masks. I like to choose based on sleeping patterns, tightness of straps, amount of pressure, nasal or full face or complete face mask. With this FitLife, I have to tighten up all straps and expect deep marks across my face in the morning. Yes I do toss and turn thru the night, resulting in severe noises screaming whenever the mask moves slightly. If I can turn down the pressure slightly and lay perfectly still on my back, it is sometimes barely acceptable.

  This bulky mask sticks out quite a bit on the side so if you are a stomach or side sleeper, it pushes into your face. Not for me.

  If you are having problems with all the other mask making your nose sore or sensitive, this is the mask you need. It covers you entire face and rest on your forehead instead of your nose. I have used it for 3 nights now, and it is the best 3 nights sleep I have had in years with the other full face mask that rest on your nose. It is a little noisy than the other mask, I am talking about the air blowing out the safety holes, but don't let that stop you from getting this mask, it's not that bad. As far as the mask sealing, I have not had one leak in the last three nights.

  The mask (facial)size is perfect but the strap size is not. Which ultimately means that the mask doesn't seal properly. So I will have to call to see what their options are for me.

  My husband had tried just about every mask available prior to me forcing him to try the total face mask. He had given up on using a cpap machine until he tried the complete face mask. He loves it. It works great with his beard and even when he sleeps on his side. The main issue he had with the smaller type masks is that they put pressure on his lower forehead and it gave him headaches. The placement of this mask allowed him to not have that issue any longer!

  The company is 5 star, the mask is not. Has to be overly tight to help curb the leaks and then it will still leak waking me up during the night. I have yet to find a mask both comfortable with no leaks and allows a full night of sleep.

  My ahi average has been below 1 with it. I actually hab a zero for one nite. The only problem is the elbow slips out no and then . They are goung to replac it as soon as my other mask arrives i will exchange it. The main reason i got this mask is my allergies actually dose come through my eyes. Since i got this mask no problem with nite time allergies.

  This is the first Total or Full Face Mask I have tied to use. The size guild line recommended Large for most people. I think Ex-Large may work better for me. I have to pull the headgear too tight to stop the noise from escaping air at the top. There have been very few nights that I have been able to sleep all night without pulling it off or putting my old mask back on.

  I purchased this mask because I had problems with using a nasal mask. I have a severe sinus condition and the direct air pressure applied to my nose really affected me terribly. The other problem is that the air would get into my eyes and cause dry eyes. This mask works better for me because it does not affect my eyes as much. However, this mask might take most people sometime to adjust to wearing, especially if you are a stomach or side sleeper. Sometimes it does leak but if you tighten the strap or adjust the lining the leaking should stop. Lastly, I would rate it for comfort at 7.5.

  Best mask I have tried. Most comfortable and quietest mask I have owned. Is it perfect, no because not having sleep apnea would be the only perfect solution. This mask doesn't leave marks on my face and is easy to take off and put on. If you haven't found the mask that's right for you then this one is more than worth trying.

  I bought this mask because the full face mask that I usually use leaves marks on either side of my nose, and so I was looking for something to use as an alternate that I could switch in every once in a while to give my nose a break. I can't stand the masks that sit on or go into your nostrils, so a total face mask was kind of the only alternative. I've been using this one for about two weeks now. Had some trouble with leaks at the upper corners over my temples, and I can't quite get them to stop by adjusting the straps. More bothersome are what strike me as a couple of minor design flaws– One is the mounting for the hose intake, which is held on by a friction ring and tends to pop off fairly easily, like when you're turning over and there's some pressure on the hose. That's very annoying when it happens in the middle of the night. Of the half-dozen masks I've owned in the past, this is the only one that is just held on by a ring and pops off that easily. The other problem I have with it has to do with how the lower part of the mask sits on the face. Like a lot of fullface masks, it runs between your bottom lip and the bottom of your chin, but while that seems to function pretty well with those masks, it doesn't seem to work as well with this larger mask. I have trouble with my lower lip actually sliding out from underneath the seal. I've gotten to where I actually seat the mask so that the lower seal is slightly under my chin, which works, but is slightly uncomfortable because that puts the upper seal right across my eyebrows. I think the design would've been far better if they had just had the seal at the bottom run under the chin instead of between the lower lip and chin. All in all, not a bad mask, and it pretty much does what I bought it for. It's just a shame that it isn't slightly more thoughtfully design.

  The CPAP is working very well. The mask is more comfortable. I had the full mask and it hurt my nose. I was not sleeping well for about 4 weeks and was told that was normal. I don't think driving a truck it should be ok to be so tired that I could hardly stay awake. I wasn't that tired before using the CPAP. I think it was unsafe to be driving. But the person I talked to said it is OK, I could not believe that. I know everyone will not be have the same problem but if they do, the company that makes them get it, should give paid time off. If the government wants it then they should pay for you to be off. Or there needs to be laws passed to cover this starting time for CPAP. Personally I think if someone is told they are not sleeping they should not be driving.

  My husband breathes thru his mouth when he sleeps which makes it difficult to adjust a mask. I have purchased 3 different ones, including the hybrid which covers the nose and mouth. By far this total face XL is the best.

  This mask fit well and sealed with out any problems. I love how it felt on my face but I am a mouth breather and a side sleeper. This mask would be perfect if it went all the way to the bottom of the chin like the FlexiFit 432 and also was a lot more shallow allowing you to sleep on your side. I returned mine to get another FlexiFit 432

  I was excited about this mask and all the good reviews. Unfortunately, I have a really large face, and I am a mouth breather. The largest mask available does not fit my face very comfortably. Despite not fitting well, this mask seals great, even with facial hair. I like the general concept of the mask and the low amount of strap / mask impressions left after a night of sleep. The largest mask had to have the top of the mask seal placed on my eyebrows and the bottom of the mask was just barely on my lower lip. When I open my mouth to breath while sleeping, the bottom of the mask would often slip off my lip and go in my mouth. Because the mask was so far down my face, the straps generally ended up pressing my ears down - very uncomfortable. Adjusting the mask to a higher position on my face would cause the bottom of the mask to not cover my mouth. I wish they made this mask one size larger as I think that would work well for me.

  I have dental problems that left me with not being able to wear dentures. and have chipmunk cheeks from that. This mask is the only one that has come close to doing what it should do. I gave it 5* even though it does leak a very small amount at the top forehead area due to curve in mask cushion. but that is easily corrected. A little warm inside, but tolerable. Vent holes moved to top would fix that. This mask has allowed me to get FULL nights sleep without waking to re adjust all the time. It is well worth the price. After 7 years of going from one mask to another and countless size adjustment and each, I have found the one that is the best.
