The Mirage Activa LT combines the original Activa's superior sealing technology with a lighter, quieter, and more streamlined design. The Activa LT's ActiveCell cushion expands and contracts to creat a comfortable, unwavering seal as you move and turn during the night. The MicroFit dial makes fitting quicker and easier than ever before and the innovative diffuse vent design means that the Activa LT is approximately 49% quieter than the original!
- Dual-Wall ActiveCell Nasal Cushion
- Lightweight Frame with MicroFit Forehead Dial
- Quiet Diffuser System & 360º Elbow
- Breath-O-Prene Headgear with Set-and-Forget Clips
- Activa LT & SoftGel Convertable Comfort
Dual-Wall ActiveCell Nasal Cushion: The Mirage Activa LT's unique Dual-Wall Cushion features an ‘active cell’ that expands and contracts, adapting to movement and therapy pressure changes through the night. The dynamic cushion design is secure enough to give you an effective seal, yet gentle enough to move when you do.
Breath-O-Prene Headgear: Because the nasal cushion's active cell does all the work, Activa LT is less dependent on headgear tension to achieve and maintain an effective seal. In fact, Mirage Activa LT works best with some slack in the headgear -- no more overtightening straps! That means easier fitting, improved comfort and fewer strap marks!
Lightweight Frame with MicroFit Forehead Dial: The lightweight, durable mask frame offers a streamlined forehead support for a clear field of vision; and MicroFit dial providing 24 positions of comfort at your fingertips. Easily adjustable with just one hand (even while lying down), the dial fine-tunes the mask fit when you need it most.
Quiet Diffuser System & 360° Elbow: The Mirage Activa LT features an innovative vent design that reduces noise by approximately 49% over the original Mirage Activa. Located on the elbow for easy cleaning and disassembly, the diffuse vents are designed to disperse air quietly and softly, at a short distance, away from the bed partner. The Activa LT's 360° swivel elbow allows you to position the tubing wherever you want for maximum comfort.
SoftGel & Activa LT Convertable Comfort: Because the Mirage SoftGel and the Mirage Activa LT share the same mask frames you can use both Activa LT ActiveCell and SoftGel DoubleGel cushions with your mask.

This is the best mask I have ever used. Very good seal and super quiet. I would highly recommend this mask.

Mask is great -- but the tabs to fasten frame to headgear break very easily.
I've used this mask successfully for over one year, until one fastener tab broke for no reason -- other than it was made of very lightweight plastic. Perhaps the tabs are subject to FWT (FAIR WEAR AND TEAR) breakage. Tabs probably cost less than 5 cents to make, but just try to find a replacement! I have another gel mask that is wrong size, but it has a different headgear connecter that looks like a ball on the end of a stick -- quite robust, shouldn't break for many yrs.

Great, fast service!
I needed my CPAP mask as soon as possible. The shipping was prompt and the product was delivered as promised in pristine condition. The price was also competitive. I will be using CPAP exchange again

Best mask on the market
Most comfortable mask for those who toss and turn all night. It molds to your face and doesn't cause noisy leaks.

Best mask I have used
Definitely the best mask I have used. I am a side sleeper and it works very well to prevent air leaks. It has created one problem and that's a sore across the bridge of my nose. Probably had the headgear too tight. I have come up with a solution for now. Hope it continues to work, because the mask is very comfortable otherwise.

Problem with seal is easy fix
I've been using this mask years and years...I have had the problem with the seal described, the cushion separating from the frame. It is very frustrating the first time, especially at night, but with a couple of tries it becomes second nature to correct, and it doesn't happen very often. Just don't want everyone to think this is a bad mask, cause in my 16 years of 99% compliant use it is the greatest mask, especially with the double gel cushion.

Never buy this mask
While the mask is generally comfortable, the second night I used it the inner diaphragm ring came apart and the mask started leaking very loudly. It took me an hour to get it back in correctly. Also, while the mask fits well on my nose, there is a wider brim that hangs below the nose and covers my upper lip. This is very annoying. I will not buy this mask again

The best mask I've used!
Having been a CPAP user for 4 yrs, I've tried a wide varied of masks and nasal pillows. I have to say this one has caused the least amount of problems of any I've used. It doesn't leak and wake me up during the night. It fits securely and is easily adjusted. Even being the side-sleeper that I am, I haven't had problems with it. Normally I buy the medium mask and headgear,so that's what I tried first but found they were too big with this one. The small is a better fit for me, but even when using the medium there were no leaks and I was pleased with the mask. I would definitely recommend this mask.

Mirage Activa LT great mask
I had a little trouble getting the correct fit, as there are many different possibities, but once I got it the mask had no leakage and left no marks on my face, which I had always had trouble with on the respironics gel masks. For a couple of weeks I had a slight irritation directly under my nose, but it has since disappeared. No problem with sleeping on my side. This is the best mask I have had and I have been on the cpap for 15 years.

At Last no lines
I've tried several brands over the years (using Cpap for almost 10 years) everthing left lines on my face for about the first half hour or so after I got up each morning. Also, most masks take a night or three the break in and get a good rest with no leaks BUT the Activa LT was instant confort and I found that the lighter you secure the mask before turning on the better fit with no leaks even for a side sleeper. Mask was instantly broken in with no leak fit, straps light on head so no lines and it is fairly quiet. In short the best mask I have ever used.

Not quite the Activa
I went from the standard Activa to the Activa LT, and found the cushion is not quite the same. I like the frame of the LT better...it's more durable, I think. But the cushion is not as forgiving as the standard Activa. I've had to strap it on tighter than I would have before to get a seal. Not necessarily a bad thing...but something to be aware of. It has just the least bit more of a tendency to leak around the bridge of my nose.

Resmed Mirage Activa LT Naisel Mask with Headgear
I really like this mask because, for me, it seals better than any other mask that I have tried; I haven't tried the small headgear as of yet but I'm sure I'll really like it as well.
