  ...knowing that my CPAP is doing its job! I replaced my 12-yr-old CPAP with the REMstar Auto 560 and couldn't be happier. It is easy to keep clean and add water with the humidifier attachment, and the horizontal hose connection instead of vertical is smart too (hoses used to split at the vertical junction from needing to bend over.) I am very pleased.

  The added feature "sleepmapper" is not functional. The app asks if you have a "head band" and will not sync using bluetooth. So do not purchase the unit for that reason. But it is quiet and works fine. Easy set up and recommend it.

  This is only my second Cpap and my first Auto one. I had my Remstar for about 11 years and it did fine but this one is soooo much smaller and very quiet. So far I'm loving it. The price was right, I got the humidifier with it and everything is just great. The size of the unit with the humidifier attached is still a little smaller than my old unit! I had to call customer service to get help placing my order and that was a very pleasant experience as well! Very happy so far with the provider and with the product. Greg

  This model of machine is similar to others I have purchased in the past the CPAP Exchange offers it for a very good price. The machine is versatile, and can be operated in either Auto or CPAP modes. Of course, it also has the heated humidifier and hose, which makes it that much more flexible.

  A few weeks ago my trusty SystemOne REMstart Auto 550 needed to be replaced. After doing some research I discovered that the 560 was affordably priced, used many of the same parts as my 550, and incorporated many new features. New features include a slightly improved user interface, quieter operation, better AFLEX (backs off much better than the old 550 system), and support for a heated tube (which I don't use). The only downside is a larger/heavier power supply to support the heated hose.

  This machine is a refinement of the REMStarPlus, with a more elegant and user-adjustable interface. While more advanced, its conventions have enough in common with older Philips CPAPs that the learning curve is not painful. As usual the people at cpapXchange were most courteous and helpful in determining which machine would be most suitable for my needs and to transition from the previous equipment. So far, I couldn't be happier with their recommendation!

  I think Respironics makes a good product and my new machine is no exception. I tried the heated hose this time and it seems to work great to keep me from "drowning" when using the humidifier. Overall very pleased with this new machine. Very quiet. I don't love the new case it comes in. I will see how it travels and may use one of my old bags when traveling.

  Received cpap as promised. I was not sleeping well w/out it. I slept for 7 hrs the 1st night. I was waking up every 2 hrs when I didn't have it. Have been sleeping 5 or more hrs since then. Glad that I was able to use my FSA card to purchase the cpap. Thank you.

  This is a very easy to use machine. Very quiet , I had the older model similar to this one but without the auto feature. This feature is definitely worth the investment. I personally rate it a 5 star and yes I do recommend it . Priced right and great company to deal with for all my cpap needs. RS

  I ordered this one because it was almost similar to the one I originally had from a company who was charging my insurance a little over $500.00 a month, so I turned it in and purchased the 560 and I love it, I ordered it and I received and sleeping snore free, I would recommend this to anyone.

  Excellent service from cpapXchange, and the unit is wonderful. My old Remstar is still running after probably 10 years or more, but getting a little worn. The new one is smaller, lighter, has wonderful improvements over the old one. With the flex technology you hardly know you have one on. After about 5 minutes before I fell asleep I was thanking God for it.

  My first and only CPAP machine (REMstar Pro) failed after 12 years of use. It stopped working on a Saturday night, I got my prescription from my doctor on Monday, and I had my new 560 by Tuesday. My first time ordering from cpapXchange and I couldn't be happier with the ordering process, the cost, and the speed at which I received the 560.
  
  The 560 works well and is easy to use. It is very quiet. The C Flex+ works so well, I haven't felt the need to try the A Flex feature so far. The humidifier resevoir is easy to remove, fill, and reinsert. I'm looking forward to the benefits the heated hose will bring in cooler temperatures. The 560 feels like a high quality CPAP machine, just what I expect from Respironics.

  Love this new Cpap. I chose the 15mm heated tubing option and am very happy I did, it's very flexible and is a huge plus over the old 22mm tubes, even the Respironics performance tubing. I would highly recommend this option. I have it enclosed inside my headboard so I can't really comment on it's operating noise level. Now for the negitive. Very disappointed with the cheap case it came with. A single layer of thin nylon is all it's made of and would offer no protection from even little bumps. I will be having to purchase a different case for it before traveling. Also disappointed that Respironics chose not to include the side plate needed if you choose to use the Cpap without the humidifier, which I do occasionally when traveling. Is it really worth disappointing your costumers in order to save a few extra bucks in manufacturing costs?

  I upgraded from a machine that was 3 years old to this one and I can't believe the amount of improvements they have made. The number one improvement for me is the sound reduction. You can barely hear the machine. It is nice to be able to open the window and listen to the rain or leaves blow. I also like the improvements to the humidifier. I would highly recommend this machine to everyone.
