Transcend Auto Shuts Off During The Night
I use this machine when I travel. This has been a continuous problem. On my last it shut itself off 3 time during the night.
I contacted Transcend and the support staff told me it was my problem because my mask is leaking. If it is it is not noticeable to me. Anyway why would you design a CPAP to shut off during sleep no matter how much it leaks. It is very annoying to wake up at night because you can't breath.
DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

Product excellent, buying required accessories not so good
I was walked thru purchasing by Chat provided. Only problem was that not all parts required to operate the product were listed. Strangely enough many optional accessories--not ever REQUIRED to use the CPAP machine itself-- were listed. The missing accessory not listed anywhere is the mask without which-- of course-- the machine is useless.

During your trial period, use this machine a lot to see if it works for you. I travel alot so I was very attracted to the Z1 CPAP Machine. I tried it for a few days and everything seem to go well so I put it away for the next trip. I was very excited. I took it on a 20 day cruise to South America. By about the second week, I developed a bad sinus infection with blood in the sinus drainage. I actually had to go to the ships doctor for a heavy dose of antibiotics. I did not immediately assume it was caused by the CPAP machine. After I came home and recovered, I put the machine away cleaning the mask and hose thoroughly. A few weeks later I took a short two night trip and used it with a different throughly cleaned mask and hose. By the second night, I again develop blood in sinus drainage. They thinks I am not getting enough humidification. But they offered no relief. I cannot use this machine.

Very good machine for the money
I've traveled with this machine for over 3 years. It's lightweight and small enough to pack in my roller bag. It works quite well. I've only had a couple of issues and they were easy to work through. I see complaints from others about how it is too light to stay on the bedside table. Yes, that's true. I use long twist ties to secure it to the lamp on the table in every hotel room. Problem solved. Twice I woke up to intermittent "on" and "off" of the machine. I determined that I had not plugged the power cord in completely. Make sure your are plugged in properly and it works great. It is louder than my home machine. I wear earplugs in hotels to drown out the other outside noise anyway so that problem is solved also. Definitely recommend this machine as it is a good value for the money.

Unit is slick plastic on the bottom and will easily slide off of your night table. The buttons are too small for a man's fingers to use easily and they are not lit at night so they are hard to find. And it is very loud before you get it over your nose

Transend CPAP works as advertised. The Humidifier design is cumbersome and too wide and tall. CPAPXchange company is great. People go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend the company.

A Great Find!
I am delighted with my Mini Auto-CPAP machine, it works great! When I consulted with the medical department I was told that it is a "great machine" and that meant a lot to me. I am excited to have such a tiny device available that can take on my trips and not to have the inconvenience of carrying a bulky, heavy CPAP. Even my mask fits into the bag provided- I definitely recommend it! Thank you for solving my problem!!!

Purchased unit in April 2016 because of advertised small size. It's true, the CPAP itself is small. But with the humidifier unit, it's no smaller than other companies' products. So the "Mini" is essentially a lie. It's much noiser than my wife's respironics unit. And when the unit accidentally got turned on it's side, the humidifier leaked water into the CPAP itself and ruined the circuitboard. Transcend refused to honor the warranty because of the water damage. Rather than correct the design flaw, they chose to simply put in the fine print that water damage was not covered by the warranty.

Being small made it flimsy, loud, and lacking features I've grown accustomed to.

Transcend AUTO Mini Auto-CPAP Machine System with EZEX
This is going to be great to travel with. There seems to be a bit more noise than with my larger Respironics CPAP. The increased noise seems to emanate from my mask, which is the same one that I normally use.

Excellent Machine for Travel
The Transcend APAP machine is a significant upgrade to their earlier generation machine which operated at a fixed pressure. When using their optional HME (Heat Moisture Exchange) mask assembly, this is truly a portable machine which can be used everywhere. Although it makes a bit more noise than a conventional full sized machine, it is excellent. Works on airplanes and remote locations without power. You only need to recharge every two days.

Good Without Humidifier!
This is a great little machine on its own. The exception is in conjunction with the water chamber. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER THE HUMIDIFIER!!! I have tried three different water chamber replacements in the last not-quite-a-year and every one of them has leaked. Leaked to the point that it has ruined my beautiful and expensive night stand that I have had for over 40 years. It is necessary for me to use a humidifier as we live in a very arid climate, so the entire thing sits on the tiled floor. Just be forewarned.

Way to go
I have had nothing but good things to say about Cpapxchange. They have saved me some big bucks.

The first couple of nights were difficult. The machine came with the ramp feature pre-set. Once I was able to change that (request your preferred ramp setting when ordering to prevent this problem) all went well. I did put a piece of velcro on the "ON" button to make it easier to find in the dark. The service from CPAPExchange was excellent, delivery was on time, and machine works great. Would also recommend getting the larger travel bag. As a truck driver this unit is awesome.

Transcend Auto Mini is louder
I purchased the Transcend Auto as a spare CPAP machine for use in a vacation home. I chose it mainly because of its size and other comments. I have a S9 ResMED which was originally prescribed for me. The Transcend is noticeably louder that the S9, especially when exhaling. When adding the humidifier to it, the size may be a bit smaller but the volume of space occupied is somewhat similar to the S9. I expect that my spouse will not be too happy with it due to the noise. Might have to put it in a drawer to cut down on the noise.

Small size is a real plus.
As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is very difficult to find the on/off switch in the dark. It needs to be raised in height so you can reach out to turn it on wothout looking. Other than that is is very good, although a bit noisier than my Respironics machine. It will be perfect for our month long trip in Europe and I rather doubt, when we come home, that I will go back to my old one!

So Far, So Good
Purchased the mini auto-cpap for a two month trip that I will be leaving for soon. I did a practice run a couple nights and have no complaints. The small size is perfect. The service was very good when I ordered and it arrived in a timely manner. One small complaint is that due to it's weight it has a hard time staying on bedside table. I ended up putting it on my tablet and that gave enough traction to keep it in place. My husband is going to glue some little pads on the bottom of it and that will solve the problem. All and all I am VERY happy with my purchase.

I had a stint of doctor approved off-cpap time for about 10 years, but now that the Department of Transportation is cracking down on even the mildest of OSA cases, i am back on the what my wife calls the Darth Vader machine, only now, with this machine being so small and quiet, and with the ezex and auto titration, this almost doesn't seem like the same thing at all.

CPAP EXCHAGE SERVICE
I have dealt with this firm for over a year on several occasions. In each and every case, they have been a delight to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. When a problem arose, they did not shy away but rose to the occasion to solve 110%. I highly recommend them.

Great for camping but it's too loud
I love how small and compact it is. The 2 battery works for 2+ days (but not 3). I am uncomfortable with how loud it is. Unless I am camping or the power goes out I will probably keep using my ResMed.

Great Little machine. I use the P8 Battery and it lasts over 10 hours. Way enough for one night's sleep. Good software too. Don't forget to charge the battery NOT connected to the machine the first time. In the morning, hit the Ramp button AND the power button simultaneously to blow excess moisture out of the machine for thirty minutes. It will shut of automatically. This will increase the life of the machine. Because of the battery life, software, cost, and all that's included in the travel bag, I think this is a better value than the Z1. Happy zzzzz's

A real disappointment, this machine is both very loud and the auto feature is uneven. I have used two other auto cosmos and they are superior in every way. It's small and light but I'll never benefit because I'll never use it.

Transcend Auto Portable CPAP System
The service was good. The unit arrived within the stated time period with everything I ordered. The Auto CPAP was as small as I had hoped. I have only one issue which is a minor one. The unit is so light you need to place it on a surface that provides a bit of friction so the unit doesn't slide off the night stand. I also purchased the 2 day battery pack with it. It lasted 2 nights plus a couple of hours as advertised. I plan on using the unit on the airplane for overseas travel.

I took this product on the airlines for its first trip out. Getting the airport was so much easier. On the plane, there was no need for the overhead storage. The unit stayed on the nightstand without sliding off. Finally...a really workable product that is lightweight. This is great for those who are mobility-challenged. Overall: Excellent!!

A great travel auto-CPAP
I've been traveling regularly for about 10 years with a CPAP, and have been looking for a really good one ever since my (sadly discontinued) Goodknight travel CPAP took a dive in the security line of the Hartford, CT airport several years ago. I've used a few different models since then, but most are blocky, if small. The Transcend is the smallest I've ever used, and after two weeks of use on the road seems to have few, if any, drawbacks. I really like the fact that it comes with software that allows both configuration and the ability to view compliance data, which I've never really paid attention to before. The only flaw in the design that I can see is the strange curved bottom, obviously left over from the previous head-mounted models from Transcend, but I've found that a standard hotel washcloth does a great job keeping it in place, even on slippery granite-topped bedside tables. I love this machine. Small, light, whisper quiet (most noise comes from my exhalation), great light-weight battery options. And the best part - it fits in the outside "bottle holder" on my carry-on bag!
